Peter is delighted to add his congratulations to The Rt Hon Lord Prescott and Lady Prescott.
I want to say how proud I am of Sam. He is now a good friend, and has run a great campaign. We lost out to the Tories but we showed the Lib Dems that the people of Bristol North West are not fools. Again, I am so proud of you and thank you for being our PPC.

So there you are. As predicted by Sam Townend and I – vote Liberal Democrat or Tory and get CONNED!
I wish Gordon well, he has been an outstanding Prime Minister and look forward to seeing Harriet as Leader of the Opposition.

PETER KENNEDY-CHAPMAN FOR HORFIELD WARD 2010
First the Bristol Liberal Democrats wanted to force you to have a smaller black bin. Now the Liberal Democrat controlled Council wants to put micro-chips in all bins so they can weigh your waste each week. If you recycle properly they will give you a cash reward – it is 35p.
Many householders in Horfield think micro-chipped bins are unnecessary snooping and that soon you will have to pay a fee per kilo to have your bin emptied.
Spying on the electorate is neither Liberal or Democratic. Labour has a proud history of re-cycling policy and introducing measure to make it easy for households to do so.
I ask you how much will the new bins and lorries cost and who do you think will have to pay for this new equipment? Higher Council Tax would be inevitable.
If I am elected to the Council on May the 6th I will oppose the Lib Dem policy on ‘chip ‘n’ bin’.
I would love to here what you think about this ridiculous policy, contact me via my email pkc@peterkennedychapman.co.uk
Peter Kennedy-Chapman, Labour/Co-op Candidate for Horfield Ward, Bristol City Council is delighted to announce the launch of his website.
I hope the people of Horfield will be able to access it for news and views.
I look forward to hearing directly from voters.
